We love this hotel! It's right in the middle of downtown where one can find food and shopping galore! We paid for valet parking but the car pretty much stayed in the parking lot since most everything we needed was walking distance away. The staff were helpful and responded to our needs and requests quickly. On our first night we put the robes on and called ourselves "The Pineapple Couple", LOL! It made our visit to Portland a fun and pleasant experience. Thanks!
Like a wonderful boutique hotel. Very nice room. Fantastic crew of people from the front desk to the valet parking to the van driver to the maids. Extremely convenient to all of downtown - can walk anywhere from the hotel. Definitely coming back!
Amazing! Love the bedding, bathroom and they have a keurig in the room! :p HEAVEN!!!!!!
This Hotel is absolutely amazing! !! The staff is wonderful, friendly , and super helpful! !!the beds are so comfortable I don't want to leave. We were very late getting into Portland our venue was half an hour later. The young man at the desk Jacob( I believe) had a taxi waiting for us.. The view from our 5th floor window is pretty amazing. Both the river and the city scape.. We will.definitely be back!!!
Stayed at this hotel by random chance when coming up to Portland and our normal spot was all booked. I was blown away at the customer service and beautiful design. We will forever be staying here now when we visit!
I enjoyed the convenient location to downtown and the food was delicious. The beds and comforter were very comfortable. Most of all their star employee "Anna" was the best! I will be back!
