Great place to stay downtown. Awesome location, very friendly staff and rooms were very cute and clean. Even adopted the stuffed puppy in our room 😉 Will be back again!
I've stayed a two Pineapples and enjoyed both. I found their employees very attentive and sensitive to our needs. Both times was for operations so we needed a lot of quiet and was given rooms with minimal noise. Would stay again anytime.
The air conditioning in this hotel dose not work, it would of been nice had we been informed of this considering it was 100 degrees outside. Hotel staff rude and could give a shit about us. Don't even get me started on the restaurant because it was 100 times worse then the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog.
Tolles Hotel direkt am Riverwalkpark, und wenige Gehminuten in die Innenstand. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen Balkon (auch wenn der Blick teilweise auf die Interstate 84 ging). Das Hotel hat eine große Tiefgarage, die 25,-$ gekostet hat. Das Frühstück war ok, aber m.E. etwas zu teuer. Bekam man um die Ecke kostengünstiger. I've stayed at the two Pinnapple hotels in Seattle near the university 5 times in the last 3 years, my daughter attends the school there. The first few times were great then the changes came. Those stupid burrito bed rolls with no sheet on the bed, if you get hot when you sleep your screwed. Then came $20 to park, it had been free with your stay. Now, I planned on booking my next two stays and I find that for the week of graduation in 2018 the rate is jack to $1000.00 per night, I paid $159.00 this past February and have nev... read more
Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sold us a parking pass and then we came back to park and all the spots were taken and they told us "oh well". Don't even waste your money.
Loved the stay we had! Thankfully was upgraded to a Suite since my husband couldn't get his wheelchair into the bathroom in a standard size room! Beautiful room and very comfortable bed, clean room and staff were so nice! Ask them where the best food and drink places are around them, they are full of information :)
