What was NOT to love? The front desk crew were quick to check me in and out, offered vouchers on something that was booked online, clean room with a balcony overlooking downtown and the river, convenient to EVERYTHING Portland including transportation. Robe and slippers for my stay were unexpected and luxe. The restaurant had great food and on a gloomy morning the fireplace was cozy to look at. I love this hotel so gonna be coming back soon food is soooo good and beds are so comfy and its nice being acrossed from the waterfront especially when ur going to an event :)
