Nous avons passé 1 semaine du .3 mai au 11 mai et c'est un bon hotel , bien placé à 5 min de Times Square et du métro .. Les + , des lits très confortables, très propre et un personnel très sympa .. les - , la taille des chambres, le manque d’insonorisation, on entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient à côté de nous mais à par cela rien à dire
I love it!!!!I think it is a great hotel, best situation in the city, confortable and great attention. If I come back to New York I will choose this hotel again. I am still here and I dont wanna leave!!!I am in floor 28, great views!

Sehr schönes neues Hotel, super Lage, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Allerdings sehr hellhörig und insbesondere nachts sehr laut wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat - ein Stern Abzug.
Our first time in the city that never sleeps. Small but fine room to stay in. Very clean. Times Square is around the corner. Perfect for a citytrip to NYC!
The staff has been very accommodating. They offered to hold our bicycles in storage for free. ..They greeted us as we came in and were helpful when we checked in...nice and polite...the elevators are wiked fast..everything was clean and modern. Nice little shampoo, lotion, and soaps...every towel monogrammed RIU...nice touch...we had a wonderful view!
