We booked a room from the 19th -26th of march, but we just found out the hotel probably won't be open by then :( please tell me this isn't true.. and try your best to open sooner! :):)
I am truly disappointed with you as a company and how you treat excited tourists visiting a new place by cancelling there hotel six weeks before arrival but only finding this out when we phone about you keeping our bags on the last day. Not only that but ringing on two different occasions on the same day and 2 members of staff telling you two different things - one saying it will be open and the other not! I would not recommend or be visiting any of you establishments. ZERO STARS thanks RIU hotels.....
