We checked into Riu Plaza hotel in Times Square NYC a few days ago. A few days prior we had made reservations for 5 people (a room with two beds and a rollaway) with the Riu Plazas call center. When we arrived we were given our room keys and when we entered the room we discovered that room had no roll away as promised. We then went down to the front desk to inquire about our roll away where we were told that there was nothing they could do for us by a very impolite front desk...Continue Reading
