Poor service for money. If anything goes wrong - like they forget to get your car from valet and you have to wait over an hour - they don't care - won't pay for parking or help in any way. They admitted it was their mistake, but refused to help when I asked for parking reimbursment losing an hour of driving time. The gentlemen who brought the car from the contracted parking company (not RIU employee), told me "they will probably pay since they messed up....they've done it before for others." Ein überaus geniales Hotel. Mitten im Geschehen. Zimmer spitze, Personal super freundlich. Jeder versucht es einem so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Ich weis wovon ich spreche ��. Werde es wieder buchen wenn ich hierher komme!!!
