The owner is warm, friendly, welcoming, and always there. Food is consistently good. Hotel Pattee is my "go to" for lunch or dinner every time I'm in Perry!
I had a very good experience reunion weekend staying at the Hotel Pattee. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was awesome. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in staying at a hotel. Keep doing what you are doing. Top Notch.
Expensive but all the rooms have tons of character and charm. Not decorated in the usual boring hotel style. It has a very historic feel. The food was good in the restaurant. Perry is a fun little town with cool shops within walking distance of the hotel.
Amazing stay. So charming! We came here for an overnight trip with the boys and grandparents. Everyone was so wonderful. The rooms were beautifully decorated. We had the 1913 farm house and my parents had the Dutch room. Would recommend this gem of a getaway! We will be back!!!
We had dinner at the chef's table. Ty was very personable and makes a mean cocktail! (Never got the recipe, by the way). The four course meal had an Asian influence that was great. I would have enjoyed more heat, but I am likely atypical for the Iowa palate. I would have loved to stay at the hotel, but all rooms were booked. I am looking forward to coming back, and spending the night.
