Had a wonderful time at the Hotel Pattee and the beautiful wedding of Christine Schaplowsky and Jack Jefferson Davis. Our room (Chinese themed) was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very good. This hotel is worth checking out if you are ever near Perry, Iowa.
Just spent a great 2 days at the hotel. It's like going back in time with all the modern amenities. We spent the days on the bike trails and it was so handy to be able to jump on the bikes and ride. And the food was great too! Hope to stay here again.
We ate at the restaurant in the hotel tonight for the first time. Great service, food was delicious AND they made sure we were out of there easily in time to go to a movie.
Wow. Just...wow. My son has wanted to visit the Hotel Pattee for a while now and we finally had the chance to ride our bikes up to Perry this weekend for a wonderful day in town capped off by a stay at a true Iowa treasure. Friendly staff, unique atmosphere, beautiful and comfortable rooms, delicious food. I simply can't do the Hotel Pattee justice with just a few sentences. You must go and see for yourself. We'll be back. :)
We are having the best time here. Friendly staff, good food, the room is so handsome (coal miners room). This is going to become our newest mini-vaca spot.
