The Hotel Kabuki team is amazing. My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at the hotel. All of our guests loved the space, location, and charm. The team is incredible to work with there and made every vision I had become a reality. Thank you to Rick Bacon, Andrea Trevino, Laura Johnson, Margaret Liu, and Juan for giving us the best weekend of our lives so far! Every SF bride should consider Hotel Kabuki for their wedding or special event.
I had a good experience while staying at the hotel. The valet and Maria the cleaning person, margarita and David were great. Lots of smiles. It was a bit cold at night thou..overall experience was great. I love the location and love Japan town. Everyone was so nice and polite. I though I left my bracelet in the room after I left and called the hotel; margarita helped me trying to locate it. I actually found it in my bag but she was worried and looking everywhere..very nice people..very nice place ;) I am hoping they upgrade ... read more
