security harrased me out of my room very unprofessional staff even Ed the GM
RecommendedWe just stayed one night for a little mini get away. We had a great experience! Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. The food was great and we enjoyed the seafood buffett. When we were getting ready to check out, our car battery was dead. I called the front desk and they sent Blake out and he had our car jumped in about 5 minutes! All of the staff was friendly and helpful! Blake even offered to shuttle us back if we needed assistance! We will absolutely return when we are in the Springs again! Thank you!

pool view rooms so u can walk right out . quoet hallways. friendly and polite staff helpful with my room service order and tray pickup, good condition of room, nice cool pool and hot hottub
We came in for my daughter's birthday February 16. It was her Sweet 16 and she wanted to celebrate at the hotel which she does every year. The girls up at the front desk McKayla and Haley were absolutely amazing. Not only did they make her feel special, but had chocolate strawberries delivered to our room. We were accommodated immediately and with such smiles and class. They definitely made our stay special. Room and other staff were good too. Thank you again for such great hospitality. Great New Year's eve party! The entire hotel turned into New Orleans, with casino games, aerial entertainers, live bands, dancing. balloon drop at midnight & more!
