Friendly and helpful staff...very accommodating..... and especially want to thank Shaye for all of his assistance during our stay...
Really enjoyed my stay here everything was great from my room to bar area and eating area in the restaurant I will recommend this to my friends also had first floor room in front of indoor pool that was awesome to walk out your room into the pool area :-) they also have Starbucks sweet tooth and a great piano Guy who played great music in the lobby and the staff was also I would come back here if I had the chance

Great place to stay but pretty bummed on how horrible the Starbucks was. I got an iced latte 3 times hoping it was just the person working... it wasn’t. They need trained or need to check machine.
This hotel is the worst hotel ever! When staying there my aunt fell and nobody from the hotel even asked if she was ok. She made a complaint then got a call from some moron from the hotel yelling at her about her complaint. This hotel will be sued! Fortunately for my aunt we have a lawyer in the family. You suck hotel elegante and you will get yours!
