I luv the pool and Starbucks but the pool 🏊 is little cold, hot tubs is warm.we have fun stay at the hotel and room too
Food was very good but the service wasn't that good. The service improved after a couple of Mimosas............
A friend and I stayed there for 2 nights. Upon walking in the room the door was broken on the cabinet. The refrigerator wasn't working, a maintenance man came to fix it. He had to get a new refrigerator and leaked water all over the carpet. It was soaking wet. The next morning housekeeping only have made one bed and left the other bed not touched they didn't Supply any towels and took the trash but did not put the liners back. The ice machine was broken. Need I go on? I will never go back to this hotel again.

I tried calling to make a reservation for their Jazz night/buffet. I wanted to see if my 14 year old was allowed and I wanted to reserve spots. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I tried really hard to make reservations and give them my money but they were not interested.
