We have stayed here on two different trips and will never stay anywhere else on future trips! Great staff and love the rooms and location!
Perfectly situated on Columbus in North Beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated to evoke the location's beatnik heritage. Our room faced onto Columbus and was not very well insulated for sound but if you're looking for a quiet place then you're looking in the wrong part of town. Also, for the price we paid for a hotel in August we couldn't possibly complain. We will definitely stay there again should we ever get the chance to return to San Francisco.
Great hotel with a genuine vintage vibe. Like taking a step back in time. Lovely staff. Step outside to find busy restaurants and bars right on the doorstep (you can hear the hussle and bustle from your room but I liked this - added to the atmosphere).
Adorable, spotless room. Romantic! Loved all of the hanging pics of days gone by! Helpful friendly staff. EASY parking at a garage a block away. The heart of "Little Italy" so restaurants are plentiful. A block from Beach Blanket Babylon, 3 easy walked blocks to China Town and Broadway, great for an evening stroll and an organic, non gmo popcorn shop within walking distance too!
