I'd give the cupcakes 10 stars if I could. I absolutely LOVE them. I was just there Saturday and stopped by twice before heading back home to the Inland Empire. The first visit that day was better than the last but both were horrible. The worker, April L, was so bad and has been the last 5 times I've went. She has NO customer service whatsoever. The cupcakes are delicious! My friends and I drives there from San Bernardino. We spend $45-60 on cupcakes every time we go there. The last few times we've gone the customer service has been horrible. I believe her name is April, she has no customer service, she doesn't greet us, I ask about different flavors and she makes me feel like I'm bothering her. Stopped by with the family on our Food Network tour of the the Westside! Lunch at Rutt's Cafe and desset from Hot Cakes! The macaroons were outstanding and so beautifully displayed! The kiddos ordered a six pack of cupcakes that never made it home! I know where in getting my cakes for the big 50!
