Very professional. This company installed our tankless system in 2010 and this is the first time we've had to call for service. Amy answered my call, scheduled an appointment and facilitated an earlier appointment when a cancellation occurred. Dan and Brian showed up promptly. They diagnosed the problem as a bad air flow sensor and had it replaced in about 20 minutes. They took the time to explain the part and repair. Call the "Guys" when my tankless water heater quit working. Not sure who answered the phone but great service and she set up an appointment that day. Sam called 30 minutes before arriving (as I requested) quickly diagnostic determined the mother board died. It was an older unit , didn't have the part in inventory so they quickly ordered it for overnight delivery and it was replaced the next day. Thanks Sam for great service. I just got off the phone with a associate of hot water guys and she was very professional and informative . Carrie is her name and I would like to thank her . I got a text from my lawn guy that hot water was gushing out from a pipe into my yard. I frantically rushed home and once I got the main water turned off, I contacted the Hot Water Guys. JD came out the next day and troubleshooted the problem. He was most helpful explaining what he thought needed to be done. (I'm mechanically-challenged!)
