RecommendedI just called and in a matter of 20 minutes they set up to come out and fix our water heater. I spoke to Andrew and Brittany who were so helpful. Our techs name is Sam. Thank you Sam for replacing the defective factory gas valves on our water heaters. Sam did an excellent and expedient job while being very thorough. He was even able to replace the slow leaking existing supply lines for me on top of the heater. He was also accommodating to my work schedule and was able to meet me this evening. Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't mind me asking 100 of questions while he replaced the valves. Thank you again Sam.
I called Hot Water Guys for a replacement part that was under warranty with my water heater manufacturer. They said they could come out the same day to install. Within a few hours, their technician (Sam) was at my home. Sam was in and out in about 30 minutes. Excellent service. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs.
Called The Hot Water Guys on Friday after hours & left a message for a repair request to replace a sensor in my Whirlpool hot water heater. Figured the best I could hope for was a service call on Monday.
