Bad attitude to the home owner, then he walked off the job. Had to call another company to complete the job.
Excellent job. We purchased a used tub and had people lined up to help get it loaded on our trailer, but they cancelled at the last minute. Called Tony and he was was on the ball. Tony and Clay were there on time and we got it taken care of. We would recommend Hot Tub Tony’s and his crew to anyone. Thanks again Tony n Clay!
The very best installer and repairman in the business
Tony arrived exactly when he stated he would. His quote was almost identical to his invoice. He is very knowledgeable about hot tubs. If you need a repair give him a call.
I own a home with a big in ground pool for 20+ years and needless to say I’ve needed repairs and help along the way. Being a single mom I didn’t know how to do most of the work or have time to get some of it done. Now I rent out the house and living out of state so needed someone to maintain and fix the pool. I live an hour away in a community that has limited or no hot tub repair service available. I called Tony and was extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. In order to keep costs at a limit he suggested numerous things that I could try and talked me through them to see if I could get the repair taken care of without an unnecessary travel expense. Ultimately he drove to my home and was able to remedy the problem! I will definitely call him again and would highly recommend him to anyone!! Thank you Tony!! 😁
I’m a little late on my review but Tony is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hot tubs. I purchased a used tub and had some issues with getting it fired up. As this was a few months ago I was worried with the freezing temperatures overnight. I called Tony after normal hours expecting a voicemail and call back in the morning. He called me back that night while he was home and walked me through what to do. He was able to save me a service call and help me over phone. Highly recommend to anyone needing hot tub service.
