HE MAY BE HOT WITH SPAS AND TUBS, BUT NOT SO HOT WITH POOLS..Contacted him to close my pool, and confirmed with him the night before, as I purchased a closing kit and placed all the chemicals in for him AND left the HEATER on so the water would be warm for ladder removal. RecommendedHad a different company lined up and they no showed, no called. So we called up Tony and got us scheduled the next day. They did great, friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend
10/10 highly recommend. We had them come open our hot tub, fix a part, and then come back and open our pool. We will continue using them throughout our years at our new home. He is efficient, extremely detailed, and won’t do something just for an extra coin. He responds back fast and quickly and makes sure you understand how to take care of everything yourself, if that’s what you’re looking for. Highly, highly recommend.
Beware!!! Although Tony is very responsive in the beginning he tends to have a short fuse. I'm a first time home owner and asked alot of questions about my install and electrical job. He because irate, hung up on me and then would not answer me after that. I had my install scheduled for August and he messaged me saying me would not move it. No explanation or reasoning. Hot Tub Tony is AWESOME! Had my hot tub diagnosed on the phone, came out (after playing phone tag, which was my fault not his) the next day and had the old tub up and running in about an hour! Had a leaking problem the next day and he was here again! Fixed more little issues with no extra charge. I recommend Hot Tub Tony become your spa guy too!
Tony will bend over backwards to get my hot tub running. Offers free advice over the phone, tries to have me solve the problem to save me money. First time I met Tony was on a Sunday, at a bar and grill, where he was having lunch to pick up some used seals. He wasn't even going to charge me but I threw him a $20 anyhow. Great service
Had a problem with my hot tub, called Hot Tub Tony’z and they came out that day and solved all my issues. Tony is very knowledgeable and quick to fix the issues at hand! Will definitely give these guys a call again when I have problems in the future.
We bought a house and wanted to get the hot tub rung. Last Sunday We filled it with water but could not get the jets running. We decided to try the number on the power box for Hot Tub Tony’s. We called the number expecting to leave a message so we could get a call back on Monday morning.
