I love this place ! its the best! All the instructors are great.
Best health club in town. There is something for all ages at this club.
My daughter & I participated in "The Challenge" & it was definitely a challenge! Susan & Deborah were fun, fabulous & totally dedicated to helping us create a healthy lifestyle. We were introduced to their awesome personal trainers who conducted the challenges. It was an TOTALLY AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE....THANK YOU HOT SPRINGS HEALTH & FITNESS....Linda & Jessica
