The owners of this business steal your money. If you ever move or cancel your contract, watch your credit cards to see how many extra months they charge you! They even lie to credit card companies about it! We are an active duty military family who moved out of Arkansas in October and before we moved we tried to cancel our monthly membership both over the phone and in person. This place has it all! They have child care while you work out. They have a variety of classes. They have tanning, racquetball, basketball tournaments, track, the dressing room has a huge hot tub, sauna, and steam! It really has more than you could ever need!!! Try it you will not be disappointed!
Great place to get your exercise. They have an incredible staff and plenty of awesome classes. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
Did not use the fitness club but did get to look around it isa great place but the massage in the back was great!
First rate health club: spacious, indoor track, and every machine you could want. What sets it apart are the extras: incredible hardwood basketball courts, racquetball courts, tennis courts, volleyball and swimming pool. Trainers are super friendly and good selection of cardio and yoga classes. Best of all is the childcare option - couldn't find this anywhere else in Hot Springs. Amazing value - you get more than you pay for with this club. Highly recommended.
Hot Springs is so lucky to have a club like Hot Springs Health & Fitness. I live in LR (and come to Hot Springs a lot since we own a condo here) and always look forward to my time here. The CLEANEST gym I have ever been to and the staff is friendly and helpful. The steam/sauna/hot tub area is what sets this club apart from the cheaper $10 gyms. The outdoor exercise area is a great feature recently added. Management cares about their members and keeps this club current. Not the cheapest in town but the best �
