I don't know what I'd do without HSHF! I was the 33rd person to join wayyyy back then! It's a comfortable, friendly environment that makes you feel at ease in any fitness level! Keep moving, folks!!!!
I had an issue for a small amount of time. HSHF called and corrected anything that was wrong. They have a great staff and the cleanest facility that I have been too!!! I highly recommend Hot Springs Health & Fitness!!! Again, thank you for helping me with the issue I had!!!
They are unfair to their clients. They don't care if a client gets sick and paid a lot of money for a trainer. They won't give any of your money back.
I really enjoys this gym and look forward to having this facility as my choice for my family and I for a new and healthier lifestyle.
Those that know me would already know how i feel about HSHF. I absolutely love this place, its staff, trainers, and its countless amenities. I've been a member since the day they opened the doors back in '99 and i have no plans to change that anytime soon. That's "my" gym!
