Friendly staff, super knowledgeable (and on the off-chance they don’t know something they will research and get you the RIGHT answer), always have specials/sales going on. This is the only place I trust with my pool and hot tub.
We got our salt water Hot Springs spa a few weeks ago and honestly I am in love. It is the perfect size, made to our color specifications. From the sales floor, to install, to follow up questions from a crazy client they have been awesome to do business with! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Amanda was great from start to finish. The setup guys and her are very knowledgeable. I bought a preowned hot tub and am happy with their service. I love having it for relaxation at my fingertips. Ill definitely be trading it up for something more powerful in the future. Ive asked them so many questions cause this is my first hot tub and they were able to answer every one happily. Thanks guys.
HotSprings Spas and Pools are the best! Friendly and easy to work with, plus dogs to pet including that so cute baby rottie!!!! Love my tub!
This is our second hot tub in 13 years and purchased both from Hot Springs in LaCrosse. Before we purchased the first tub we did a lot of looking, talking and looking at reviews. We have not regretted it for a minute Great price, and the best staff ever to deal with.

Amazing People! Honest and dependable!
Excellent experience from sales to delivery! We picked out the perfect hot tub for our family. They were so patient with us while we waited to get our deck ready during the wet fall! If you have the option to add speakers to your hot tub, DO IT!!!! It's worht the extra $$. We are now definitely members of the HotSpring Spas and Pools - La Crosse, WI family! 💦
