Amanda contacted me right away after the show - I already have my new sauna home and absolutely LOVE it! When the guys came to deliver and install it, they were very kind, considerate, and informative...and were sweet to my pets so that made them even nicer in my book! One of the best customer service and sales experiences I’ve had in recent memory. We visited during the grand opening of their very beautiful, new building just off the interstate. And wow! Dawn walked us through the ford/Chevy versions of hot tubs, then the Cadillac’s and then the BMW’s explaining differences (and even non differences) along the way. The guys picking up my hot tub were great! The communication between sales and service is excellent! We have been with HotSprings for over 15 years!! Love the product love the service but the best is the people!
