Wow!!!! I am over the top impressed with Hotsprings! Everything about the process of purchasing a new hot tub was easy. Amanda was amazing when purchasing my hot tub, she took the time to educate me on the different styles they have and helped me choose one to best fit my needs. From the first time I bought a used spa from Craigslist, and went to Hot Springs to set it up, I was impressed. As someone new to that world, I was clueless and felt stupid, yet Melissa and her team walked me through the set up and testing over, and over (and over) again. Not once did they make me feel like an idiot.
