My Wife and I bought I new spa about 6 months ago. I delayed writing a review because I wanted to experience the spa and HotSprings Spas and pools. We went in to the show room and was immediately greeted by Dawn. She showed us everything that was in our price range. We decided on the Tarino model. Dawn threw in all the stuff that we would need for the spa. The delivery and install was spot on. The crew that did the install needed to modify my deck in order for it to be installed.
