RecommendedWe had almost everyone from Hot Spring Spas and Pools La Crosse work with us some how or another with our pool installation. Everybody was great!! The weather didn't cooperate with us but in the end, my pool looks absolutely wonderful and we can't wait to use it next summer. My husband and I went in there a week ago just looking around and had a fabulous experience! Dawn was phenomenal took her time explaining things, made sure we considered all options and took great care of us!!,So excited to get our hot tub next couple of weeks woot woot!! I would highly, highly recommend Hot Springs and especially Dawn for anyone considering purchasing a hot tub. No pressure, very patient, professional and they totally took their time and let us take our time!

This is the best spa place in the entire area! We love Melissa, Dawn and, of course, Fraser and Marty! Always warmly welcomed coming in the store, always there to help answer any questions.
