Summit Fire Protection contracted with Hot Side for assistance with a refrigeration unit on a bulk CO2 pressure vessel. There was a string of errors on the part of the CO2 vessel manufacturer that led to multiple technician trips by Hot Side to resolve the problem. They were fantastic to work with! Quick responses, flexible schedule, very fair pricing, and Chris was very helpful in resolving the mfg tech support issue. I highly recommend Hot Side for refrigeration work!
The way they speak to their customers is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. The owner was not patient or kind and a breakdown of their services would not be made available for the services they claim to have provided.
