Hot Shots is a very family friendly wonderful place. I love to take my Grand daughter there for hot chocolate and the staff is always great with her.
Used to visit there from time to time but after I read that it's no longer family friendly we won't ever go back! Poor business ethics. No business should ever post anything degrading a customer on a social media. Good or bad social media is not the place for it .
Everything I've ever ordered has been wonderful, enjoying a beverage and playing one of the games with my friends is one of my favorite things to do. I highly recommend their peach smoothies.
I used to love taking my daughters to this place then grabbing a donut at sluys. But after what I heard today it matches with a couple of experiences I have had at hot shots. On more than one occasion I was leered at by the manager, baristas, and clientele as my girls sat down to one of the many tables to drink their hot chocolate. As if I wasn't allowed to sit in there with the little girls. After hearing what happened today , I totally back the moms group.Unless things majorly change (management).
