I love hot shots. Always very friendly, great customer service. I take the whole family there every Sunday.
One of my favorite places in all of Washington! Seriously, the best peppermint mochas ever! I love how they give you the chocolate covered coffee bean or the dark chocolate bar with it! Great service, great people, and I love the artwork and the whole look of the place. It's comfortable, family friendly, free wifi (love that~) and right in the middle of beautiful downtown Poulsbo! Best and most hospitable Coffee Shop my FAMILY have ever had the pleasure of visiting! We frequently come here to relax and get a great cup of tea/coffee. It's unfortunate that some people have submitted reviews bad mouthing this upstanding establishment, They don't deserve these reviews. Please take all the "excellent" reviews into consideration, as this a WONDERFUL place to get a warm or cold drink in the Kitsap community.
I was disappointed at their service and my drink when I was there and then later hearing about their rude behavior towards a family with quiet children. I for one won't be back and would encourage others not to go either.
