A coffee shop that is intolerant of moms with their well-behaved kids? What are you thinking? Way to alienate a vital group of customers! It's not the intensive care unit of a hospital, for crying out loud - it's a coffee shop! Shameful. If a child is out of control and yelling and the parent is unable to get them under control, I could understand, but when the children are using 'inside voices' and being polite, why are you asking them to leave? That's just awful. Shame on you. :(
This place is amazing, from the local feel to the customer service. I feel welcome there and the coffee is the best I have had in a long time. This is the kind of place I bring my family and friends to when they visit, even the kids have a good time with the games they have. I love the atmosphere it's so welcoming with warm smiles and a great cup of coffee, I would urge all to visit this amazing place if you don't your missing out on a awesome place.

I am disappointed at the lack of judgement from this coffee shop. I won't support discrimination against anyone in my community. Especially families and children.

They have earned the Best of Poulsbo and Best of Kitsap for a reason... it's true
I have not only had the privilege of working their but also have been a customer. My kids have always been welcomed to this coffee shop with welcoming open arms. Very warm family friendly coffee shop with good drinks and good eats. I would highly recommend Hot Shots Java.
