So I have never tried hot pot before. I didnt know anything about how it worked. The waitress was mostky helpful and attentive food came out quickly. Couple cons. The service isnt friendly in the typical sense. We felt like we were a burden being there. The "sauce station" is a mess and not well thought nor customer oriented. Also the dust on some of the lighting fixtures is a bit much. Some look like they have never ever been cleaned. Not a bad spot. Hoping my next hot pot adventure is better than this.
My first time coming here and it was tough to order off the menu I didn't fully understand it the waitress didn’t fully explain the meat & all the meat were Frozen w ice on them the octopus was completely frozen it’s like the meat came straight from the freezer to the table everything was completely frozen solid the broth smelled like Dirty mop water I would never go back there again & also don’t recommend going there the experience was not what I expected Never having hotpot again
