Employees were very friendly from the moment we walked in. We had a lot of questions about the different types of nails they offered. They were patient and thorough in explaining everything, even the cost.
I have been several times and each time is different. Today no one greeted coming in or leaving. No thank you! And the techs were too busy talking to each other to hear what I was telling her. there is a time listed on each description and my time was shorted. The tech seemed disappointed in her tip, but at least she got one and a decent one, considering she never spoke to me or thanked me!
Talented and service-oriented staff
I went in for a pedi and gel nails, the woman was so sloppy with the polish on my feet. I had polish on them prior to going in, she barely took it off, so you can still see the previous nail color near my cuticles. when we started to do my hands. she did the same thing and left polish from previous color on my nails. and she didnt bother polishing my nails neatly.
