I was visiting Amarillo and wanted to get my nails done and they were conveniently located near a restaurant we ate at. I wish I hadn't though. The service was rushed, they spoke in Vietnamese most the time and didn't interact with me and now a day later, my nails are chipping! I would like a refund.
I got my nails done almost 2 weeks ago, my first time ever getting dip and I'm already missing 3 nails. The man that did my nails was in a rush and didn't make sure my nails were right or recheck what I wanted. My nails were crooked and as soon as he finished he got up and left. The manager is super nice but I definitely won't be back.

I’m amazed at what happen there today. A nail place that acts the way they did and LOCKS a customer in the store over a lousy set of nails and then rips them off will NEVER get my business. Too many stores to choose from, don’t use this place.
Bad experience. Won’t be back.
