Super sad to give this rating. Been going here since April never had a problem til now. Took my acrylics off and an two of my nails were green/black spots. Must have been there for a while as one cover half of my real nail. Definitely won't be going back.
Worst place I've ever been to. They have no manners, no hospitality, and completely lack in customer service. Whoever did my nails, which seemed to be by the owner or whoever runs this junky place.. not once talked to me. Nor did she listen to me. She kept yanking my hand and ontop of that I wanted squoval shape for my nails and one of my thumb nails were round while the other was squoval. I will never ever be back here. 2nd time I have been there and they was great and very nice. They do what I ask them to do.
We had made an appointment for 7 adults and 2 children and they did a fantastic job! Definitely my new nail place! It's worth the drive from York for sure!
Went in to get nails and toes done and they told me they wouldn't do the design on my feet because I was to picky last time and proceeded to take my money. TACKY and I'll never go back.
Came into Hot Nails with less than an hour to get to work. I let them know this; and they got me in right away, with time to spare! #satisfied
I was in there about 30 min. Had Shellec done. They lasted less then 10 days. Kept in heat cycle less than 60 sec after each coat. Needs 2 heat cycle of 60 sec after each coat to Make them last 2-3 weeks. They were not busy. I may go back. I have heard a lot of good things about this place.
