Went to hot nails the first time a month ago. Got a full set with paint and was only charged $30. Go and get them refilled two weeks later get charged $40 with paint. She couldn’t explain why it was more than when I got an entire fill. After just over a week the paint was cracking and part of my thumb nail came completely off. Apparently they don’t fix for free even when you spend a decent amount of money there. The nails were put on so poorly that I was able to pop them all off in one piece with literally no problem. Kelly did an amazing job! This is my first time getting my nails done in three months and she took very good care of me. She made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and she was very focused and detail oriented when it came to not only the shape but the length and the style of nailed i wanted. I also had an amazing time just getting my nails done, having conversation with the entire staff and all the other girls who were in to get their nails and toes done that day, we had a ball! Best experience I’ve had in Lincoln ever
