I’ve been wanting for so long to get extensions so I decided to treat myself. Trust me when I say that my hair was a dry damaged hot mess. After stopping in to see Carol she took the time to look at my hair and explain what we could do to make it healthy and looking great again. I must say that when she was done I was extremely happy with the color and the blowout. I couldn’t believe how healthy my hair looked. More like HOT MESS!!!! The owner is full of herself. She stated a person is not entitled to tell her how they wanted their hair done, but just sit and allow her to do anything to their hair. Since when a client has no say to how they would like their hair to look? She left the bleach in for four hours while she attended to other clients, causing the hair to become brittle. Just had a wonderful cut and highlight job from Liz. Very knowledgeable and professional. She was awesome and I can't wait to go back to see her again.
