I’m very disappointed to see how the manager at the UPenn site at 420 Linfield trap in limerick run that site. She may not think patients are paying attention but we do, do get me wrong the doctors are great and some of the medical assistants such as  Sheyana, the orientalone I can’t remember her name and another one name starts with a M, anyway I noticed they work well together as a team, but the other they will pass you and don’t speak and you can feel there is lots of tension in that place. I do not know where to begin. I guess I could start off by telling you I have stage four colon cancer that has metastasized pretty much everywhere about my brain and  bones.  I had a colonoscopy the Monday before Thanksgiving last year. Everything wassupposed to look clear.  January of the following year I started bleeding and having severe pain they told me I would have to wait till August for a colonoscopy that I just had one. This is the absolute worst emergency department in the country. Not only did they almost allow my dad to die while waiting in the ER for 9 hours with a life threatening condition, the staff was HORRIBLE. Rude, callous, disrespectful and above all - they do not care about the patient or the patient’s family. RUN. I don’t think I can put into words how bad this ER is. Avoid it at all costs if you don’t want to end up dead.
