Had a 9:30 appointment today. Been over two years since I have had to see my sleep apnea doctor (Rosenthal). Went to their old location (wasn't informed that their office had moved when I made the appointment even though it had been a long time since my last visit). Called to find out where they moved. No location, directions, anything given to me. Told them I would now be late. Finally found the office after looking up the location myself and walked in 20 minutes late and was told I would have to reschedule. Ridiculous. I w... read more
I don't recommend. Negligent, must make multiple calls to get something simple done, won't call in prescriptions, fax machine doesn't work; just everything requires lots of work by the patient.
