Received a referral for Dr. Jamieson and Sleep Medicine Associates from my PCP. I've tried for 2 weeks to make an appointment. I have called. I have gone online. I have emailed. I have yet to talk to anyone. I received one email reply for additional information. I immediately replied. Crickets... I emailed again, additional times. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They aren’t not able to answer your questions. I have left six messages in the last month and a half and not once did I get a return phone call. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone. GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

power out due to storm. so no redundancy in their data network in the 21st century? not even forward calls to answering service for on call dr to take calls? tried to call thurs and fri, vmail boxes were not allowing people to leave messages, closed mon due to storm and out of meds, which I cannot stay awake without. means no driving, no work. I cannot believe a dr office works like this in the 21st century. no regard for patients who need controlled medications. 3 days is the earliest we can request refills and they left us... read more

Send me back the money that you said you would reimburse me for the 13 months rental on a cpap machine, which i returned after 2 months. i received a check in the mail for less than half after months of trying. Then i just received another bill.I wish my Dr.never would have recommended this joke of a business.
