Send me back the money that you said you would reimburse me for the 13 months rental on a cpap machine, which i returned after 2 months. i received a check in the mail for less than half after months of trying. Then i just received another bill.I wish my Dr.never would have recommended this joke of a business.

have been a patient. I got my CPAP machine from them two years ago. Now my "nose pillow mask" is getting blocked (microscopic air outlet) and I need a new one. They tell me I can only get a new one once I saw their doctors...for what? BAD NEWS!!!!! I will call BCBS TX and tell them what a bunch of "service orientated" people these are! You can take your mask and put it where the sun does not shine and reach. You will not see me again and I will find a difference service provider!!!!

Had a 9:30 appointment today. Been over two years since I have had to see my sleep apnea doctor (Rosenthal). Went to their old location (wasn't informed that their office had moved when I made the appointment even though it had been a long time since my last visit). Called to find out where they moved. No location, directions, anything given to me. Told them I would now be late.
