Very sketchy facility and staff. I would call to check in on the status of an individual that was involuntarily admitted to there and they could never give direct answers. Any time you call, it goes through constant transfers and excessive wait times. Then when you ask for any notes, updates, they come up with excuses on why they can’t provide updates on the patient. 0 stars my sister was involuntarily held in this place which i thought would be good for her considering she was hallucinating and paranoid about anyone and everything they let her be on the public phone all day the first time i spoke to a “nurse” she said she was too irritated to be spoken too because of this she wasnt able to speak to a clinician and there wasnt much to say about her the second time i spoke to someone they told me my sister was “not at baseline” and that was all she had to tell me which was clearly the rea... read more
Was never a patient here but my mother was. My mother suffers from schizophrenia. She is not the easiest to deal with and I have been her advocate for 16 years. I have expressed my willingness to be involved so she could get the proper treatment, they completely disregarded me. My mom has been in and out of this facility many many times. This place is a rotating door. She has received zero help from this place because they don't actually care about what her needs are.
