Therapeutically love all the staff, but hate the system. Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation more comfortable. I appreciate you all.
I was a patient here about 5 years ago. This isn't about causing a confrontation, but rather providing constructive criticism. I'm thankful for the care I received by some of the staff who were nice and tried their best (namely -- Pete). But I was mortified and saddened by how I was treated by some of the other staff. An Akan Ghanaian man named Othing (short bald man with very dark skin) was extremely painful to me. The job of a Mental Health Technician is to provide hope and support to patients. this place helped me so much and was the least traumatizing hospital i’ve been too. i loved the MHTS they made it so good! Nikki is the best and so is Jackie :) i would recommend this place and it helped me heal a lot 🤍
