I want thank all the staff, I was in a lot of pain and they got me in right away. Very friendly and polite. Also did a follow-up call the next day to see how I was doing. Thank you so much
My rating is EXCELLENT because the check-up is always thorough starting with the receptionist at the desk, (they are helpful in answering any question) to the hygienist cleaning my teeth (including pointing out to the Dr. Barnes that their may be a possible problem). She even took a close-up picture of the problem area and put it on the screen so I could view it. I had excellent service from the entire office staff to check a recent problem that developed in the past week. Fortunately it was found to be ok which I was very pleased. The have always provided great customer service over the past years that I have been going for my regular check ups etc. I would recommend them to anyone. As A nurse I have recommended them to our patient's that were very pleased with their service. Thank You for coming to Belmond!
My recent visit was one of my best visits! Devon cleaned my teeth, took x rays , and she was concerned about my gum line resection . Thanks to her I,m going to get that fixed. Dr.Luscher is always one of the best! I didn't think I could help my situation, but a big thank you and a shout out to Devon!
I moved from Mason City 17 years ago, but still do all my dental work here. When you find the best dentist... you stick with him.
I enjoy the professionalism of the staff and the vigilance of any needed treatment.
