Going to the dentist when I was younger was always intimidating, and I think that fear transferred into me as an adult. But that all changed when I started going to the Dental Center of North Iowa in Mason City. The front office ladies are always extremely kind, but I want to specifically shout out Sarah L. Both times I’ve gone to the dentist, she has been the person that cleaned my teeth. Sarah has made me feel extremely comfortable going to the dentist. Staff, from front desk to Hygienist and the good Dr., everyone is personable as well as professional. No need to 'dread' your semi-annual dental visit here! (and in 70 yrs I;ve experienced a lot of dentist's offices!)

Such a nice office and the friendliest staff. It is agreat feeling when you leave the office giggling about something. What a fun group. (and that is walking out after a root canal) Five Stars for sure !!!
I always receive excellent service in every way. New dental assistant, Jordain, was friendly, professional and attentive to my dental treatment from start to finish! Dr Garmin and Jordain are a Great team! I always manage to get a few laughs even when I’m getting a filling! I highly recommend The Dental Center! Exceptional service from the time you register until you walk out the door!
I had a very sensitive tooth for many weeks but had it looked at with x-ray and tests. I went away very satisfied that I had no decay or cavity. I was informed to keep taking care of it like I had been doing which was eliminating the sensitivity.
