Thank you so much for making the end of Mom's life as easy as possible! Mom was (is) my best friend and she was treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. Your presence allowed Mom to die in her home, which was exactly what she wanted. God also blessed me by allowing me to be with her when she passed on to Heaven. I can't say enough good things about HCC and highly recommend you to anyone dealing with a loved one's end of life experience!

Very disappointed with this agency. My mom needs hosoice care and we contacted this agency based on recommendations. My sister called on Friday and scheduled the appointment for 10/25/15. Hospice called and confirmed appointment with my mom. My family came in from out of state and Hospice & Community care was a NO show and NO phone call on Sunday. We do NOT recommend this agency, as they weren't there when we needed them at a very difficult time.
