Four years ago today, my mother took her last breath at the Mt Joy inpatient center. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who was involved in my mom's care, the palliative care dept at LGH, Indigo Team, & Yellow Team. Hospice & Community Care is a top notch hospice agency!
the nurses were very attentive to my mom and did everything to stay on top of keeping her comfortable as possible through her final days while also keeping our family well educated on what was happening ..thank you for all that you did for caring for my mom
