Unfortunately, our family's experience with Hospice of Hope fell far below our expectations for our loved one. We are deeply disappointed in the level of attention, communication, and compassion shown to my grandfather during his stay. Basic needs were overlooked. The staffing was incredibly rude to my grandfather and my family members. Safety issues were overlooked, which I had to fix while I was there visiting my grandfather. I would not recommend having family stay at Hospice of Hope in the Adams County Hospital.

My experience with Hospice of Hope was five star. I found myself in desperate need for their services before a planned consult due to the rapid decline of my father. It was on the weekend, before Mother's Day, when I called. They were very empathetic and took me into their care. Minutes later, Hospice RN, April called and said she was on her way and would take charge and coordinate with the facility in the care of my father.
