Don't trust this place.
They are lovely people...until they aren't. I was signed up with them for the care of my 94 yr old mother, with dementia. My mother & I were in the park when she had a stroke, on a Fri eve. My knee-jerk, automatic reaction was to call 911...who doesn't?...& she was taken to the hosp. Once there I called several different members of HGC for the "support for the family", as promised, but never received a call back. Perhaps, had I been given the support as promised I would've been able to correct my mistake & get my mother out... read more
