Been waiting on contacts since Sept 5th, it is Oct 26th. I was happy to hear they were willing to give us another trial pair since we have been waiting so long. Today I went to pick up the trial pair. They handed me the trial pair but they were way too interested in talking to each other than they were talking to me. So today my husband and I went to this location to get our glasses tightened. We had got them a few months ago & needed them adjusted. When we walked in we were barely greeted by a lady & advised her that we needed our glasses adjusted, she waved us off & told us to have a seat off in the corner.
