I had to return glasses they've made as they were not a good fit. There were no objections but it took 6 months and many calls for them to refund the money back to the insurance. In the meantime the year ended. They effectively blocked me from using my vision insurance last year. The store sent me to the corporate office and the corporate to the store. This is the last time my family is buying something from Lenscrafters.

very poor customer service by ladies at front desk. I felt like it was bothering them that I was there.
TERRIBLE. I had been going here for years but never ever again. Went to get my eyes rechecked the doctor had me read one line and sent me on my way which I thought was odd. My glasses come in, I go to pick them up and can’t see out of one pair, the other pair seems to be the exact same as my current prescription. They offer an examination with a different doctor. RecommendedI just want to say how pleased I ALWAYS am with the Lenscrafters employees! Having 2 teen sons, they do not always give me much warning when they are out of contacts. Lenscrafters always does everything possible to accommodate our needs! I also bring my dad in frequently to have his glasses adjusted. He was recently diagnosed with a form of dementia and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful with him and his questions and stories! Will never take my kids anywhere else for their vision needs!

RecommendedI had a great experience with Svea. She was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me. I lost my glasses days before I was scheduled to visit family in Calif. Svea worked to have them shipped to my mom's Calif house as soon as they arrived. Svea was very responsive and kept me in the loop as these were in transit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU, Svea!
The ladies that work there are incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude. They will continue to lose business with employees like that. if you want a family friendly eye doctor this is not the place to go
